1. Service and Payment Policy
All purchases of our distribution services are final and non-refundable once the service is initiated. By purchasing a service, you agree to pay any applicable fees in full before distribution begins.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible if:
• There has been a technical error on our end that prevented the distribution of your music.
• You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and the distribution process has not yet begun.
If either of these conditions is met, please contact us at support@novusmusic.in to request a refund, and our support team will evaluate your request.
3. No Refunds for Distributed Content
Once your music has been distributed to digital platforms, we cannot issue a refund as the service has been fully rendered.
4. Content Removal Requests
If you wish to remove your music from distribution after the service has been completed, please contact us. Note that removal requests may incur an additional fee.
5. Processing Time for Refunds
If your refund request is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
